KARA OLHISER

Kara is a Family Law attorney who has been practicing for nearly 10 years. She focuses on separation, divorce, child custody, spousal and child support. Kara employs methods of traditional litigation and alternative dispute resolutions, particularly collaborative practice.

In 1998, Kara received her Juris Doctor Degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she focused her studies in Family and Public Interest Law. Prior to becoming an associate with Conner, Lawrence & Rodney in 2001, Kara was a senior associate at a family law firm in San Jose, California.

Kara is active in the legal community, serving as a leader in various groups. Kara has served as the President of Sonoma County Women in Law, the chair of the Sonoma County Family Law Committee and as the Family Law Bar Representative on the Sonoma County Bar Association Board of Directors.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, Jake and Madison, and golden retriever, Daisy. In her free time she enjoys reading and cooking.
